This winter is longer than usual,
what I miss the most is the Wuhan hot dry noodles.
Foods from all over the world cheer for hot dry noodles, is full of warmth.
Alkaline noodles are crispy and smooth, with chives and sesame sauce.
It's looks particularly yummy.

I find this whole series so relaxing I have a hard time staying awake, and it’s not because I’m bored.
It is 20 until 1 in the morning. I did doze off for a few moments...so relaxing.

love that you and the camera person are adding in more shots of your surroundings, you have created a very serene place to be creative and thank you as always for sharing some peace and creativity with the world.
I also love that there is "accidentally" every time an object (flower) between the camera and the pasta machine. You either see how the dough gets into the machine or how the pasta gest out of the machine but never both at the same time. Also, if you look closely, at 10:54 you see the metal washer and at 10:57 they're gone. It's only wood. This guy is a defrauder. @@AriesSupertramp the wooden parts at 10:57 are the two wooden rollers that are behind the metal cutting part not the cutting part itself, they just have lines one them now from touching the metal

i don’t really see how the japanese are relevant to the original comment, but i’ll bite
the japanese haven’t really “stolen” anything. many of the things they share in common with chinese culture was from far before modern times, since they originally immigrated from the chinese mainland thousands of years ago (and if i recall correctly, maintained some sort of connection with them for a bit). they only happened to gain more attention than their chinese counterparts
i may be a bit wrong with my history so i’ll have to double check, but i think it’s absolutely preposterous to pin “theft” on the japanese when taking what you’ve learned and building upon it is just a natural process of evolving cultures, japanese or not. with that sort of thinking you can claim that everybody stole our systems for telling time from the middle eastern peoples since it originated from ancient mesopotamia
Oh no, China is great of massive industrialization instead of traditional hardworking, it was the right way of raising a billion of Chinese out from poverty, and it will be the only way to make China great again. Let fairy tales be fairy tales, they are beautiful this way and only this way.
