06:50 thats definitely not a “nice little descent”. That’s Rattlin Run - the first half climbs almost as much as it descends and its one of the most technical slow rock tech trails in Virginia (Massanutten excluded)
Born and raised in Roanoke. Still live there. Shoulder injury prevents me from doing too much mountain biking, but we have some nice road and gravel riding too...

Not sure about this trail network but most of the ones south in blacksburg do not permit e bikes and follow national forest rules.
Ebikes are now allowed at Carvins Cove
