Robosapien V2 Rewire & Repair ( fix to bad RSV2 wiring problem ) Wowwee

About a decade ago I bought this silver Robosapien V2. Back then it seems like people had more money so we got better toys. Sadly Wowwee released a lot of these robots with substandard wirin resulting in a wide range of problems. My V2 almost caught fire , it had smoke pooring out of it and then after a series of malfunctions completely died. At first I thought the insulation flaking off was isolated to a few areas where there is more rubbing and wear such as the waist joint. Apon further inspection I was surprised to see that full lengths of wire running the length of the robot had flaking insulation. I looked for a new robot to buy but couldn't find anything as good as RSV2 so I resolved to fix and repair it. After a massive rewire I replaced 25 lengths of copper wire and got my Robot back to fighting condition.
