This is similar to the direction I'd like my own music to go ... but these guys just nail it. It's bleak, murky, experimental, atmospheric, ... I recommend listening to this while playing MÖRK BORG.
I love that Havohej aint afraid to experiment (this album goes back to the 1994 EP in style)… black metal can always do with expansion of its darkness, & although this aint quite for me, that’s only coz I want that heavily layered sound to not be the only approach, but part of a bigger picture. Defo unique though, with only Abruptum a close comparison to me 💜🖤🧡

One of the best records of 2019 for me. 0 riffs, 100 doom. Atmosphere is incredible on this one.
Lol, there are clear riffs on this record, which for me makes it a lesser recording than some other HAVOHEJ recordings.
Not my cup of tea, but I appreciate the courage of this project.

This has more of an industrial death metal feel to it to me than ambient black metal, which isn't a complaint. This album is a neat little experiment.
Shit u could even say Industrial death doom...it almost flutters on funeral doom at times with its slow tempo
