Hello! I'm looking at a 110 year old house with different generations of additions. The original house has a basement and a area with a crawl space. the floors slope in one direction. I didn't take any measurements of the slope but it was significant. It seems there is some water issue in the basement area. the foundation in cinder block and appears to be in good condition (no noticeable cracks) Just wondering what the next steps would be to diagnose and repair. thanks
i have a concrete slab and one of my rooms has a sagging floor. To my knowledge there is no crawl space so what would be causing my floor to sag?
