    HEALTH BENEFITS
Matcha has been used for centuries in Japan as a superfood for its powerful antioxidants and amino acids that help boost immunity, energy and concentration.
Turmeric, also known as the golden super spice, has long been used in Ayurvedic practises for its anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties that help boost immunity and aid digestion. The secret to why turmeric is so good for you lies in the curcumin that it contains, a powerhouse anti-inflammatory and antioxidant. To greatly increase the absorption and bioavailability of the curcurmin from the turmeric, add a crack of black pepper and add a dash of healthy fat such as coconut oil, flaxseed oil or olive oil to your drink.
Beetroot and ginger is an energy-boosting caffeine-free alternative that’s super good for you too.
