Eminently watchable- stumbled upon your channel and glad I did- subbed and can’t wait to follow you. You have a very calm but authentic way- nothing fancy, but watchable. I enjoy landscape, history and place and as I get older- certainly from about 40 (now 50) have become increasingly aware of pagan ideas- the land, seasons and beliefs- it’s fascinating also to have the Christian view of things as they have overlaid their religion on the old- we are so lucky to have multi layers of history on our relatively small islands!
Thank you for sharing part of your Samhain ritual, it was lovely. May you have a blessed new year. I have enjoyed all your videos so far and look forward to more. I'll be sure to read about the Coligny Calendar and also visit your blog. I've been a pagan most of my life (I'll be 50 next month) and have been very curious about the druid path for the last year or so. Your videos are very genuine and have a friendly vibe, that's something you don't often find on UA-cam anymore. Everything is so filtered and polished. I'm intrigued about your upcoming video on ritual! Sounds most interesting!
Blessed be and receive the blessings of the ancestors. The Samhain ritual was short but amazing. Thanks for that. I try to go to your vlog but I doesn't work. They left me in the principal page of WordPress and I need to open an account in WordPress and I don't know why 😅.
A lovely wee insight into your celebrations John and the honouring of the 'old ones'. Is that your guid wife harping at the beginning of the video? All the best to you and yours for the coming Celtic year.
My wife does play the harp but that piece of music she had composed for my 70th birthday and is played by Gillian Fleetwood. It was remiss of me not to credit here. the title of the piece is called River Keeper. In future videos you will see why.
@@RJVEK I have read Bates and the Way of Weird a couple of times, it Lin’s in quite well with my deep spiritual practices which may be shared as I progress , but thank you for the kind comments
