[MTC4 Cinematic] The Last Great Tank Battle of the 20th Century: The Battle of 73 Easting

- The Battle of 73 Easting was fought on 26 February 1991, during the Gulf War, between Coalition armored forces (US VII Corps and UK 1st Armoured Division) and Iraqi armored forces (Republican Guard and Tawakalna Division). It was named for a UTM north-south coordinate line (an "Easting", measured in kilometers and readable on GPS receivers) that was used as a phase line by Coalition forces to measure their progress through the desert. The battle was later described by Lt. John Mecca, a participant, as "the last great tank battle of the 20th century." This battle took place several hours after another, smaller, tank battle at Al Busayyah.

Amazing! The literally only inconsistency is that the driver that ran over the disoriented iraqi troop actually had a change of heart and at last second turned away.

It's fine though, you don't need to be American to recreate any battle that we participated in before if you're trying to make a recreation of our battles really, just on my perspective it's nice seeing other people recreate battles we fought in

At some point during this battle there was an Iraqi soldier with a RPG pointed right at an Abrams and instead of switching to coax the gunner of the Abrams decided to put a 120mm hole in the Iraqi's chest

Great video, I have to ask though did you use Dustbowl 2 or did you contact somebody to get access to the old Sunny Valley map for this.
Private server commands allows you to use Btools and change fog and weather effects which we used to remove the buildings on the Dust bowl map and cover the rest of it in fog

They used M1A1s (M1A2 in-game) that had thermal Optics unlike the T-72As the Iraqis had, and there was a sandstorm the entire time
