It’s always so interesting to see others do wraps. I starts with tint/ppf/wraps but ended up specializing in PPF. Where I work I do all 3 but focused mostly on PPF. It’s awesome to see you preplan your moves as you do each section. Seeing where to add more heat, where to pull tighter, and avoiding those binds. Can tell you respect your work and how it turns out. It’s tough finding people who are just working for a check. We’re artists, where we don’t get to sign or work, but we often see people driving around with our art and it’s fulfilling in many ways. Just found your videos and it’s great to watch both long form and short form.
If you don’t mind me asking, what brand of wraps do you like to use? Our owner resorts to Avery and 3M’s 2080 series. Both I’m not too impressed. I’m up here in Oklahoma and we’ve got Tint and PPF on lockdown here but I’d like to up my vinyl game. What you recommend?
*edit: for tint and PPF, we use Llumar films and recently got to carry their Formula 1 brand. In another of your videos, I saw you tried out that dry app PPF! Looks amazing. We just got in a 60”x50ft roll of their black PPF and will be trying it out soon! Hopefully I can learn some stuff from you! I’ve always been partial to wet app, but I think that’s because I’ve done PPF/tint for so many years now x_X. Saw you went out to the ATL to check out the stuff. Looks pretty awesome! Keep up the great videos!

I needed you to install my BMW. The installer I had, has a few air bubbles, the rear bumper has a mistake on it from running out of PPF Wrap, and the edges lift as if they had no adhesive. Others like this looks like a Premium Paint job with minimum to no Mistakes. Great job

color is insane. you gotta take that black piece off behind the door handle though will make that area easier to wrap. its just an allen bolt easy removal

Thats how i feel right now haha im having trouble deciding what color to wrap my car. More than likely ill go chrome though. We have colored ppf but they dont have that type of color yet. At the moment just satin silver chrome. But does look cool.

How did you guys do the extremely curved trunk on the 8 gran coupe?
I have one and I don’t even know where to start with a piece as outwardly curved as that. Any help as a beginner would be greatly appreciated.
The trunk was tough! We pieced it but that curb is super tricky. I wish we got video. But we pull towards the left and right hard so that the middle section ‘glasses’ out. Its hard to explain next time we will get video
