You do you,I actually would love for you to add some of your healthier dinners I to need to lose some weight,lol don't get me wrong the recipes that you make are amazing!! We will all be there for you rooting you on!!!❤
One thing I've figured out for myself and my family as far as trying to eat healthy yet still satisfy my family is to focus on my healthy eating throughout the day (breakfast, lunch, snack) and then at dinner still try to be mindful about what we're eating, but not worry so much about how "diet friendly" it may be. Especially since that's the meal we as a family usually eat together, being that with school and work we're not eating the same things at breakfast and lunch normally. But I also try to incorporate some healthy dinners and the easiest way to do that is sheet pans meals.. veggies and proteins with olive oil and seasoning for flavor, its super easy and delicious and healthy!
Exactly. That’s what I was trying to say too. It’s easy to balance a days worth of meals if you think about it!

This was a great idea to share! I need to lose weight for health reasons and am having trouble with motivation. I just need to do it, motivation or not.
Rao's sauce is great, & it's also low carb for those who count carbs. The zero-carb tortillas make a great pizza crust. The protein shakes make a great coffee creamer (I use the low carb shakes). Some great ideas on this video! I like the idea of the SF gelatin powder with the strawberries!

Great videos Jen. Good for you on the black coffee. I went to black coffee and quit all the coffee creamers and no sugar. I rarely eat sweets except for holidays. I have lost some weight. Another thing I did was went to whole grain bread and whole grain pastas. If you incorpiratevwgat your eating into your family dinners, your family will be healthier for it.

I have long give up dieting. 😂 Would you share your workouts? My hubby and I farm and honestly most days I don’t have the energy to exercise but I need to. I have a total gym and a treadmill.
I am just trying to get between 8-10k steps daily right now. I usually walk on the treadmill 2 or 3 miles.

I like this day’s meals. Why not go ahead and do that for say … every other month? On the opposite months make your “normal” menu items. I need to lose weight and would appreciate it.
I’ll be sharing a good mixture of both. And also how I incorporate “regular” meals into my day
