She suggested she might cover her opinions and the notes she had made on it in a future stream though, but not a full/proper review.
In fairness, data isn't necessarily the most important factor in being a streamer, anyway. There are very large streamers, both Vtuber and otherwise, who have admitted on stream that they never even look at their analytics (Ironmouse has said this before, among others). Professional entertainment is at least as much an art as it is a science; the PDF is probably best understood as an attempt to convey the key factors in that art. It isn't a scientific treatise and calls for data are therefore misplaced.
Mouse also looked at it last night, laughed at it and told everyone if they wanted streamer advice just come ask her on stream and she would give advice, but warned it might not be that useful, which makes sense because half of streaming is luck.

the whole call-in thing. this happens all the time in every corpo. Almost every time it is because the vtuber doing it does it last minute or just doesn't "open call" and doesn't set up callers ahead of time. I've seen it happen to calli and other holo ENs when they admit they didn't pre-plan the call ins. I think a lot of people don't understand most of the time these are pre-planned with people arranged to come at a certain time. When you don't arrange callers ahead of time then you are kind of just leaving it to whoever happens to not be busy at the time and often most people are busy streaming themselves or sleeping because time zones. that is why they arrange small games and stuff and treat it more like "if people show up they show up, if not we are playing peggle"
