The Vault Truck is BACK! After 2 years of searching, I only found two methods to revive the vault truck. The methods I found were pretty complicated, but luckily, my friend ‪@GullibleProKiller1‬ found a super simple method that is even simpler than the original vault truck from 2021!

Vault truck not working?
Have you tried:
1. Ensuring there is absolutely nothing touching the truck before the trailer spawns (besides the smooth wall in the video)? The trailer will only weld if the truck is in a very specific spot so anything touching the truck could move it out of place.
2. Ensuring you built it on a flat surface? You may have placed the guide blueprint too far up or down which would mess with the welding.
3. Ensuring you built everything correctly? Make sure to follow the instructions very carefully to ensure you placed everything exactly where it needs to go.
If you’ve tried everything, please leave a comment explaining exactly what is happening and I can try to get back to you with a potential solution.

Mine is not welding and I did found a solution for me the smooth wall ur using is 2 studs higher than mine so I just added a extra smooth wall and it’s works

Very amazing. The "feature" you showed at 9:40 can actually be used. If you are tired of long planking, or axe climbing, you can just open the top tailgate of the vault truck. If the vault truck doesn't flip over, you can use it to climb up on an elevated surface.

Aptyn I made another feature for it, if you attach a trailer to the long truck then, go in a strait line then open the tail gate on the long truck then you have a working ladder to get to high places!

for those that want to use this for the vulcano, just dont either you just randomly slide into the lava (thats btw how i lost my fire axe) or you just get stuck and burn to death. but for everything else its pretty good

The best way that I have found with my own experience is to put the vault truck in the middle of your plot so it stays welded

If you just create a large truck, the truck will be pushed, so it is better to place thin wooden planks on both ends.

Thanks for the tutorial! Personally i have no problems with it except for that it couldn't climb up the volcano. Is this normal?

that is normal. because of the extra weight, the truck has a harder time getting traction when going up hills. I recommend driving up backwards as you can get a lot more traction that way. driving backwards, you can even get up the volcano perfectly fine with something as heavy as the giga truck.
