Great documentary. I served as an infantry soldier and I have always maintained that the average grunt is woefully undertrained I. Unarmed combat techniques. The training in this video, basic as it was, was intended for the special units and not the infantry.

Excellent I think the style they are showing is called Defendu. I believe it was invented in the thirty's for English police men by a English police man please correct me if I am wrong. This other stuff like hitting a man with a military helmet came latter on developed by the same man for the ww2 military. I believe his name was Fairbanks William an ex marine and then a police man for a very long time and he was tough as hell. He also developed the first swat team technques thank you for this very educational video and please have a good evening😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊.

Straight for the balls, every time. That's why they call it going commando.

A minor detail to raise at this point, but faking surrender is a war crime. If you offer surrender and your enemy accepts, that's it.
