2:20 The fact that Kenny actually reached out to save Cartman is actually really wholesome considering that Cartman treated Kenny like shit in the show but seeing Kenny save Cartman means that even though they’ve had their times (almost always) Kenny still cares about Cartman as a friend and didn’t give up on him.

He still had his soul. He's cared for Kenny thick and thin. Anytime any kid would beat his ass - self explanatory. Post-Covid - He hugged his mom and cried into her arms. Episode 201 - He cried when he found out he is part ginger. And here the other dude is correct, it hurt like hell and the pain of having his mouth stretched unbelievable big hurt like fuck and he experienced the pain after getting saved, but also because he was actually happy to be freed.
