Rallo would be very confused, but when he sees Cleveland's face, he becomes terrified. After a brief confrontation, Rallo begins to fall, getting infected. He would try to reason with his father, but his father would only say that his show is going to be revived. Rallo ends up being corrupted, but before that, he lets out a scream that can be heard throughout the entire street.
How did kenny get affected before someone like cartman? I know kenny is a main character, but dude gets less screentime than the other 3 boys and probably butters...
