Ran mine teaching a class yesterday and attending a class today! I (as well as EVERYONE else) LOVE it. Already wore it to the squadron and am waiting to get some go time. This is one AWESOME belt and all around FANTASTIC piece of kit!
got mine in crazy light for as rigid as it is. Well done yall I'm waiting on the new esstac to come in so I can finish it up. Will be running it this weekend
Do you have any plans to release a non-molle version of this belt? I like the idea of the tegris core and the overwrap that allows you to offer it in ranger green. I attach all my pouches with velcro one-wrap and have no need for molle webbing on the belt. I'll hold off for that if it's in the works.
No plans for non-MOLLE since the only difference would be to look of the belt, that layer of Squadron would still be on the outside just without laser cut holes.
How would you guys recommend storing the battle belt lite since its made of tegris? Would you hang it from a hook? Or would you store it on flat ground in the shape of how it sits on your hips?
I purchased the belt. The belt is awesome it does sag a little bit on the fire arm side, but not too much a beltkeeper would fix it. Do you guys happen to make beltkeepers for this bell?
I am not familiar with tegris, does it act more like a plastic, or a fabric? Would rolling it up or bending it in the opposite direction eventually cause the material to fatigue and damage like if one were to bend a common thermoplastic like kydex repeatedly?
Tegris is a woven tarp like material that is laminated in layers. It’s composition is polypropylene, we have found that if you bend it at an extreme angle it will deform and create a weak spot. The catch though is because it’s woven even if it delaminates internally it doesn’t break like kydex would under the same circumstances. It creates an area that acts a little like a hinge because whatever laminating adhesive is used has failed but the woven material has not. I hope that makes sense. In short I’d recommend not creasing the belt.

Cool. I have all 5 of your MOLLE 1.75″ Battle Belts. Love them bar none! Will you guys be coming out with the glove/ frying pan/ fire extinguisher/ tuna packages belt clips for these as well? Lol. In all honesty I’m interested however a little hesitant. I don’t want to sacrifice liter for saggier. Like a skinnier chick with “back problems” at a wet t-shirt contest. Ya know!
These newer tegris belts look smuch better than the older padded style. Definetly going to look into one of these blue alpha belts

Great to hear! Thanks for the feedback!
I just ordered this belt in coyote for swat work. Excited to get it in and put it to the test!
Thanks!

love tropic multicam, my favorite
Keep innovating!
Look cool. I have the regular version and love it but I also wish you guys made a 1.5inch battle belt lite for regular pants and more semi-casual use.
Do want it to function as a EDC belt or a 2 piece Battle Belt?
As a 2 piece battle belt. 1.5 is the way to go.
My battle belt lite came in today, fits well with my wrangler jeans.

Either option should work fine, just avoid folding it.

We do have belt keepers available on our website.
Also, make sure you have a solid velcro connection between your inner belt and outer belt. That can prevent that issue.
@Blue Alpha thank you.
Hi, which belt is more rigid, the lite Battle Belt, or the MOLLE 2″ LEO Duty Belt Rig? Will you make a 2 inch version of the lite battle?
They're all about the same rigidity. 2" Battle Belt Lite is in the works but no release date yet.

Any coupon code available for the purchase of this belt? I would love to do an honest review on this battle belt..!
Hey! Right now we don't have any coupons available since we working hard to stay caught up on orders.
Does the molle spacing on this belt work with esstac's GAP side by side mag pouches, or the non GAP versions?
Either should work but I haven't tested them myself.
@@craigtayntor489 The polymer buckle and the metal buckle have always been available for the Battle Belt Lite.
ok , now, what do I do with my old
heavy Blue Alpha gear belt
It's good to have back ups!
Is the metal buckle more narrow?
The aluminum Cobra Buckle is slightly smaller but weighs slightly more.
Can I fit that inside my belt loops? (The buckle) !.75 loops? Thank you.
The outer 1.75" Battle Belt isn't designed to fit through belt loops. The inner belt is.
I know that. Could you answer the question now?@@BlueAlphaBelts
@@johnlew5972 The buckle has a 2" Outer diameter and won't fit through 1.75" belt loops.
Thank you.@@BlueAlphaBelts

We're working on the updated Belt Lanyard today! I think you'll be happy with the rigidity, it's essentially the same as our original battle belt.
@@BlueAlphaBelts Awesome! Thank you. I’ll test it out.
The want is reeeeeel

I don’t love being on camera. Lol!
