I agree with you completely. However, this video is a fictional video with fake versions of the real characters. In this video, Elmo is an 18 year old, whereas on Sesame Street, he’s only 3. Sesame Street is definitely more kid-friendly than this, and this video was not meant to be serious.
The biggest question is if Elmo would've gotten fired if he didn't swear during the poop accident because swearing on national tv is grounds for dismissal no matter what. I wonder if he could file for wrongful termination if he got fired for a poop accident alone. Possibly a reasonable accomodation for wearing a diaper under nice pants if it's caused by a medical condition.

(The p**ping part actually made me laugh the hardest) 5. Elmo's Boss saying "OHOHOHOHOHOHOHOH!!!" And Elmo saying "NONONONONONONO!!!" 6. Since this was my first Pappy Animate 2012 video I watched, Pappy Animate 2012's Avatar, which is Pappy from Rolie Polie Olie (A show I watched when I was a baby) having a funny pose and funny face.
