I am having same problem there's no engine light on but it looses power to go from 1st gear to 2nd gear doesn't move at all and if ya shut the engine down for few minutes works perfectly don't know what's the issue

I have a similar problem, I have 2014 ford connect and it loses power, no lights, no errors come up even at my local dealership. Then randomly it kicks in and I get full power back and heat through the fans. Wtf is that all about?.

Extend them if they break. Each additional wire length will act as a vibration damper, which will prevent re-braking.

Check your air filter sometimes water gets in it and the air filter falls apart gets sucked into the throttlebody that just happened to me today

Maybe Ford gets their electrical wire from the same supplier as VW. I'm constantly chasing down broken wires in my Passat.

What about the $7,000.00 repair bill on recall of drive train with no fix on the earlier years. Do they have a fix yet? Engine error P04500. The breaking of the wires on turbo charger actuator and on boost near connectors solenoid valve causing no power.
