Good day, a quick question. If you went to multiple primary schools, for e.g in my case i attended 3 different primaries due to family relocating. The final grade for primary whete im from , is grade 7. However i attended grade 5 & 6 at one primary and then just grade 7 at another.

yes there are other professions but i used nursing because i am a nurse and i applied to get my nursing credentials evaluated. i don't know about the process for clinical lab technicians

You have to download the transcript request form and license validation forms from the cgfns website after you make payment. you will fill in your part and sign it then send the transcript request form to your school and send the license validation form to your nursing council. they will complete the remaining parts of the form and post it directly to CGFNS. pls don't send any form on your own directly to CGFNS cause it will be rejected.

Thanks for this video , it was very helpful. please I noticed when I chose to pay for school of nursing report, it prompted that I must also choose a higher secondary education as well as licence which totals $600 instead of $450 planned . what do I do? its not submitting except i choose the 3 items
Hi, i have not encountered such issue before. did you follow the step by step guide in the video? are you sure you are not selecting the wrong service. you need to select the CES professional report if you want to get licensed in USA. pls let me know if you were able to sort it out. you can also send me messages on instagram with screenshots so i can understand the problem better

it's not a major mistake you should be able to go to your account and edit that section if you have not submitted your application yet. if you still can't do it then send a message to cgfns through the correspondence part on your portal

I'm sorry, for the licence date issued, is it when they originally gave you the licence or, the date of your licence renewal
when they originally give you the license

I dont think that should be a problem but just to be on the safe side, You can either send a correspondence to CGFNS telling them to remove it or do an affidavit to support your application.

you can include your post basic qualification but in my opinion i think it's better you leave it out. your 3 years nursing diploma is enough for you to meet the usa standard for entry level nursing education. you can watch this video below to understand what i mean and why i think you should not include the post basic education

Do you know how English proficiency can be waived for Cgfns visa screen. I have a usa degree and the cgfns is still asking me to take IELTS. My IELTS score have expired I have been working here in United States for more than 1.5 years I don’t know why they would ask me to do IELTS again.
I think it's part of the requirements for the visa screen certificate to be issued. you can ask them if they would accept a NARIC certificate instead of IELTS. there is no guarantee but its worth a shot

You can try to retrieve your details but i think cgfns deletes documents after 5 years so they may not have your information again. you can start over again. CGfNS certificate is not required by most of the nursing boards now.
I added my midwifery as specialty already, and I would like to remove it, but I am unable to. Please any suggestion? I’m not ready to pay for transcript on midwifery
You can send a message to CGFNS through the correspondence section and tell them to remove the midwifery qualification. most of the time they will remove it
hello mam I recently purchased CES but in transcript validation form there are many subject areas that i have not studied in my nursing diploma like pharmacology, Legal aspects in nursing, interpersonal relationship etc so what should i ask my college to add in the hours section of these subject areas kindly guid me and would it cause any trouble during my evaluation process
Hi, most of these subject areas you listed are probably in one or two topics or areas of your coursework and not necessarily a course on its own so i wouldn't bother too much about this. Your school would have completed some transcript forms for other nurses that studied there and are now in the usa so i believe they should know how to allocate the necessary hours.

If you have your original certificate then upload a copy of it. you only need the scratch card if you are using a statement of result. Mine was waived so maybe yours will be too.
I applied with CGFNS after graduating my BSN, paid for the fee and prepared for the requirements, now my school credentials are ready to be sent via Mail to CGFNS, without my license details yet.
Just recently, I passed the licensing exam and my license details are still pending, will be released after my oath-taking next month. Should I withdraw my current application and reapply with a licensed?
You already made the payment. i'm not sure what CGFNS refund policy is but if they are not going to refund your money then just go ahead with the application. your application is open for 1 year so hopefully within the year you can send them your license details

Hi, sorry for the late reply. i believe i explained this in the video but incase you missed it. your issue date is what you have in your notification letter. if your license is still valid, put the expiry date in your current license as the expiration date.

you can use both since your nursing is just 18 months. it may not be comparable with US nursing diploma but if you add the midwifery the extra hours might make a difference

2. Does the number of times that I wrote the exam disadvantage me?
3. What about the school if it's closed does it disadvantage me ?

2. No. i don't think there is a limited number of time to write the Nclex exam
3. No it does not. just put in the school details and find a way to get your transcripts sent to CGFNS. there should be an archive for documents

Calculate the dates that are in your certificate and use it.

i have not tried this before but you can contact cgfns to ask if it's possible
Is it only the Nigeria qualifications I can use, what if I am qualified in the UK.
you can use both UK and Nigerian qualification however it's better to use the one that gave you your initial RN status so you don't waste time verifying other qualifications that are not required

you need to upload a scanned copy of the original biodata page of your passport. i have not heard of anyone using a notarised copy

All your documents must be notorized.

I did CGFNS New Zealand. If it is CGFNS New Zealand, all your documents must be notorized.

How long do they take to evaluate documents?
it depends on when they receive all the required documents they need. after that it can be anywhere from 1 to 3 months to get your CES report

Every state iboard of nursing has different requirements so check the English requirements for your choosen board of nursing

In india we don't write any specific exam to be licensed..only we do is we write our university exams of all 4 years bsc nursing and after registration our nursing council gives us licence....I have doubt in sections

There is a question like how many time did you write the licence registration exam??? ..but I haven't appeared any specific exam to be licensed in india
write your school information if that is the case in India and how many times you wrote the exam before passing it

After your school exams, You should have written another national qualifying exam

i didn't miss that part, i said because im trying to register with Texas, and i was trained in English they don't require IELTS from
me so its not applicable for me. You have to personalise your own application. if English is required of you then go ahead and fill that part. This application is for Texas board of Nursing and they don't require IELTS. The ielts only comes in during Visa screen application

it depends on how straightforward or complicated your application is. most people get their report within 1 to 2 months

apply for your visa you need to go through the embassy for a work visa

They’re requesting for an English proficiency test before completing the form
Maybe it's the board of nursing you are registering with that is requesting for it. there are other states that don't require it

it's the same process, the o my difference is that the nurse will add the uk registration to her list of licences and add her uk work address to her list of employment records.

why do you want to delete them? if your BON requires an english test to be done then let it remain there

No they don't have any connection with your employer. they just evaluate your credentials. the reason they ask for work history is to check for any employment gaps that will make them suggest a bridging course
