God- I get these "Kikimora, Ma'am" vibes and also not to mention Coraline vibes. It feels like a race for time without knowing what might come next. Like a fight between the heroes and the villain, with the heroes needing to retreat as the villain crawls closer and closer. Which is, in total, what it felt like when Belos was about to wipe out the whole little Hexside group. Also the transition between the two? I loved it. The Collector's themes are so great! It really feels unpredictable and super child-like, which just fluidly fits his character.
Heavens! I love The Owl House soundtracks. At first, it reminded a little of Coraline's atmosphere, only this is like a desperate struggle to change fate... only this new and totally different fate that is the Collector is overwhelming.
I just realized one of the second one's sound effects resembles that sound little kids like to make for fun - the one where you push you tongue on the roof of your mouth and make that wet *click, clock, click, clock* sound. It makes that whole thing feel more kid-ish

Belos is one of the most interesting villains I’ve seen as of recently, but the way The Collector is able to take *everything* and completely turn it upside-down makes them unpredictable. They’re both equally dangerous but in entirely different ways.
Hearing this absolute bop again, and I can notice the "menacing" melody to it, but at the same time the playfulness? I dunno how to explain it. It just describes so perfectly how The Collector's games are childish, yet deadly on some way.

I love the contrast between what feels like a super eventful and crazy thing for the main characters, and the collector having a much more playful and silly theme, as if this is something theyll remember forever and its just a normal day for him
