Nice to stumble upon your channel, as it’s checking all the boxes: teardrop, boondocking, and marga”heat”as. ;-) I’m back home in NH now, but spend every July guiding in the North Cascades - my favorite place outside New Hampshire. Cheers!
As the great Norm MacDonald said, "“Note to self: no matter how bad life gets, there’s always beer.”" I suppose you could substitute margaritas in there. Great video, stunning views!
I absolutely love your creative spirit and the very inspirational journey you guys have shared with us. It is truly soothing and relaxing to just watch how you experience your life and show us the world. I lived in California for a few years, and you bring me a lot of great memories. As someone who has been struggling with overwhelming work and fear to quit and get to adventures again, you inspire me to make that transition. I am just getting goosebumps from sharing this with you. Sending you much love, safe adventures and wishing you the best :)
I know that spot. FYI its a bear magnet early summer. I usually ball up some peanut butter, freeze it, and toss them over the edge a mile away form where I am camping making sure im not baiting other camp sites in the process. Even if you keep a clan camp I have had them be aggressive. The PB ball trick I leaned from an old timer. Keeps the bear looking away from camp. I love your set up. The wife, and I were actually just talking about getting a tear drop to tow behind our Jeep (2016 JKUR on 38's).
i just found your channel going through some other mini camper channels. great stuff. i really like the content. i am waiting on my mini camper to get done and i pick her (haven't named her yet!) up in October sometime. ready for some year end camping and getting off the ground from tent camping after 40 years.
Refreshing AF! Love it! You guys keep up the great content. BTW, I purchased the same canopy from your recommendation a few videos ago. Works great! Thanks for the fun times. Safe travels
It is sad to see campsites trashed like that. I still remember the commercial back in the 70's of the native American with a tear running down his cheek as he looked out over the polluted land.
Good job. A video is not complete until you get the dance moves. I been doing a lot of traveling (4,500 miles) Texas to Idaho and back. Great trip. A lot of no cellphone coverage & a lot of pit toilets. I'll get caught up on your videos now.
Guys! Great Videos, Recent subscriber! I love the content. Kudos from the East Coast! As a fellow 2 door Jeep owner that's thinking about getting a tear drop, how about a jeep walkthrough and some content on your jeep and trailering with a jeep? what is the jeep year? miles you have on it, mods? (looks like 35s?) reliability? as well as what is it like to pull a PIka with that, things you wish you had on the jeep, things you don't for trailering and camping? Are you using the electric brakes yet? if so is there a difference ? epic jeep /trailer fails if any ? trailer sway, things to watch for? total miles you have pulled both pikas from a trailer experience etc..Now that you have had the pika for a while.what did you buy on the pika you wish you didnt? what did you wish you did? .. Matt you seem to have a good handle on it.. Numerous videos out on Teardrops, little to none that talk about this stuff. 2 door (and frankly 4 door) jeeps have limited tow capacity. That's got to be a 4-8 min video! Heading to Colorado next month, stopping by Timberleaf to check them out!
Thank you for watching and the support! The walk around is on our list, put it off for way too long 😅 You pretty much provided everything I need to cover as well! Lol love it 👍🏻 Try to get that up in September. Also our 2015 jk has 37" tires and 5.13 gears. Does an excellent job pulling, just a little slow (60 mph) up the passes which is fine by me. We are also going to do a weigh in video soon so you can see exactly where we're at in that department 👌🏻 Think we're going to be heavier than we thought lol. Keep us posted on your Timberleaf visit!
My goodness i really hate people who leave their trash everywhere. Some people just suck. Really enjoy your vids. Keep setting a good example
It's becoming a huge issue. So unfortunate. Have to keep doing our part 👍🏻
Probably one of your most beautiful views. Absolutely love this video.
💯 thanks for watching!!
Thank you for taking us along. Loved the candid shots. Wish you the best. -Brett
Thanks, Brett! The best to you as well 👌🏻

Thanks for checking us out! Sounds like a pretty amazing way to spend your summers 👌🏻
Very cool thanks for sharing

Air down for a super smooooooooth ride
I despise trash leavers grrrrr
Sooooooo jealous.....we have nothing like that here on the east coast.... thanks for the awesome views!
Our pleasure! Sounds like you need to head west 😅
Hello! Great video!
Thank you!!
What size tires are you running on your Jeep? Do you have gears and what not? Would be cool to see a video of the details of the tow rig.
Walk around of the Jeep is definitely on our to do list 👍🏻 37" tires, 3.5" of lift, and 5.13 regear

It's getting bad out there ☹️ Gotta do our part 👍🏻

Lol, thanks Bill! That's a hell of a trip! Enjoy 😉

Hello brother🥰🥰🙏🏻🤝
Did you get a haircut? Great video! Wish it looked like that outside today. 👻
😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
Where is this campsite? It's amazing. Try to find some places like this. How do you find it? :D
Use a lot of satellite imagery of Google maps!!
New sub ! Liked ✌️🔥🙏
Thanks for the support!! ☺️
Ciao un saluto dall'Italia 👍👍 new friend 😏
Greetings Sergio!! Thank you for watching and for the support 👍🏻
what is the name of the trail you are camping on?
Take a right just before stampede pass 👌🏻
I hate trashy sites. It takes so little energy to clean up. Just rude.
Anyway…that is a beautiful spot!
Agreed 😡
Unfortunately some people don't know what leave no trace means.
Becoming far too common 😕
birds don't taste spice or heat... you're good lol
