I actually started watching the show after I realized Rayeon was in it. She's a great vocalist and a softie and not much experience as an idol but it was clear she lost her confidence right away after the demo stage. Was hoping she would regain it on this stage with a song that would suit her vocals better but going against Bora who might be the best vocalist in the show and would prove to be a really amazing leader as well, that would eat up her confidence some more. FANATICS has been in limbo for a while, I hope she sees the light of day soon.
if i may give my opinion on the judge's comments on bora and lou fei's harmonization, i kinda agree with her, not that they are bad, the harmony on that part is a bit off compared to their training, i think it's because at the performance, either bora shoot her notes a bit too high or lou fei shoot her notes a bit too low.. not sure which one, but bora's voice a bit overpowering in the performance while they have perfect harmony in the practice

@@itsgemi3180 it is because translation that another language doesn't make the meaning the same. She said like it's a shame that they couldn't do it as they did during the practice like they could have been better. The mentor meant well though. She never said that Bora is a disappointment. MNET should hire better translators because the one who is doing the translation isn't getting the real intention or the essence of what is being said. Not only the trainees have gotten hate because of it but also the mentors. I totally got what the vocal mentor said and agreed with her.

Bc even tho i understood what the coach said, i didn't agree with the "I was very disappointed with your singing". they worded it better later on "i was disappointed that i couldn't see it here". also you're gonna notice the judges rarely (or never, i don't remember) compliment bora after the performances even if she does amazingly well and it pissed me off during the entire show
I don't want to spoil you, but just to let you know Bora is actually the best Vocalist of Gp999, she's already an idol, she's a member of Cherry Bullet with May and Jiwon(also a participant of gp999), their situation is the same with Rayeon, Doah, Chiayi(all of them are members of Fanatics), Yujin(CLC) and Yeseo(Busters), they already debuted that's why they are already good and stable
