the Zenon was my first guitar (10$) bought from my music teacher Ms Hall in 1972. I smashed it for the hell of it in a punk rock frenzy in 1980....I see it now goes for $1200 lol
sounds pretty good if you ask me. dang. Good job man... ...I got one of these guitars but my pickguard was snapped where the output switch goes, so I cut a piece of plastic and secured it to the body with some additional screws/holes. ...After replacing the crumbling nut, the trem-system that was missing the tremelo arm, the tuners that wouldn't keep a tune and sometimes would allow the string to pop off while re-stringing the thing (due to the awkward angle of slope that the headstock has on this style of cheap imported Japanese guitars). Cheers.

Did you place some paper near the bridge and between the stringsts to get the tone?
it’s a bridge this guys makes, made out of rubber. super sick, if i wasnt student teaching i’d buy one in a heartbeat.
