Try buying 1 box oatmeal, chicken thighs, jar peanut butter,5lbs flour all purpose, potatoes, carrots cabbage, onion, 1 dozen eggs,1 lb. White rice,1 lb lentils or pinto beans, 1 lb. Margarine. With buying the flour you can make your own paste, bread, biscuits, egg roll wraps, dumplings, flour tortilla. More of a variety of foods lentil soup, fried rice, chicken& noodles, chicken noodle soup, chicken egg rolls, pancakes with peanut & jam, chicken veggie rice burritos, breakfast burritos, and egg biscuits, chicken pot pie. And use the bones and peels from the veggies for bone broth. You will have extras left over start the next week. Witch you can buy more meats and fruits and veggies. Buy Romana lettuce ant the bottoms half 1-2" place in a clear bowl or glass of warm water and change water out every 2 day. You will have lettuce for the next week. Buy green onions the week and grow the 1" root bottom til roots form . And I've even started and avadco tree that way and transplanted it too a big pot too bring in every winter.

A very good video. I look forward to seeing more like this on your channel. One suggestion, instead of buying the pre-made oatmeal. Buy a large container of old-fashioned oats, either the "old" or the "quick" ones. You can do a lot with them. You can make cookies and many other things too. But when you buy the instant, you're really stuck in having that only for a breakfast item. But you did a great job. And I enjoyed it very much. 👍

Thank you! That’s a great idea about the different things to do with a large container of oatmeal! I tried to get a container, but they were out when I went, for sure going to get one next time!
