1. I think a grocery store or convenience store is perfect (small or big, any kind of size)
2. A salon so you don't look crusty (jk.) But i think it would be nice
3. A campsite would probably fit in the fall vibes, i think
4. Since some or a lot people suggests a school, a school would probably* make the people happy :D

recomendation: if you want a working cinema screen, put a worker behind the screen, then give them the codes of the movie frame, tell them to put the decal codes on the screen one by one with 7-8 seconds each one; it will take a long time but it will be fun for the customers!
I think you should add a cute little corner store inside the build! It would be a really cute idea and a nice detail!
