My husband and I bought a villa there in 1986 it was such a different place like a small village it has grown out of all proportion and when my husband died in 2020 I sold my house over there as it would have been too much to maintain it on my own and the costs now are for me unaffordable. I feel we had the best of Torrevieja with all the wonderful restaurants that were there like Jack & Theresa’s right in the middle of town sitting on chairs and tables on a very small pavement area just had fun there and the food was great! So miss the old Torre and we had a good football team then! Sorry to have left and we many many happy years there would not change it for the world good luck to all you new people there👍😉
