I am not a Deeper Lifer but have followed Pastor Kumuyi's ministry for close to three decades. I doubt if any o0ministry has recorded more miracles than him in the last three decades. He allows God to use him with no media-hype. Perhaps this is why his wine tastes better with age. All Glory to God.

I am a living testimony of pastor Kumuyi healing power. 1991 i was stroke with a leg injury that require one of my leg to be cut off , but my mum took me to 1991 deeper life Retreat right there i received my healing my leg that was dropping water everywhere i go instantly dried up. Till today no more leg pain .He is the only pastor i believe when it comes to miracle. Glory be to God Almighty

With due respect Sir. Jesus licensed us for greater works and if a minister decides to give publicity to great works God is doing through him wetin spoil or vex you like this. You don't gather people (young people) simply to baptise them with hate for Healing Ministry.

I witnessed Pastor Kumuyi's miracle at Deeper life ground along Ekewan road, Benin City years back but can't be precise about the year I guess 1987 to 1990s where some lame people, even pop on peoples' legs started walking normal and the wheel chairs were lifted up by the owners inside the crowd! Before God and man I witnessed this miracle life. I even sat close to the pop man not in front sit but back sit! God has been using Pastor Kumuyi for a very long time. I was not a member of Deeper life but I only went for the crusade.❤
I was in that meeting....I saw raw miracles first hand.

I experienced my very first miracle at Deeper Life camp at SAY 2002.
The maiden edition of that program. I came from Ile Ife then.
I had an horrible headache and he prayed generally for us after his ministration.

Pastor Kumuyi is a true and anointed man of God, if he expose his miracles by open testimony,he would have converted 3 x the number he has converted so far. Miracles drew many people to Jesus.

That's why there were record, if Jesus did hidden miracle, there will be nothing for us to rely on or reference as a Christian. In fact, that's why we are Christians.
But Jesus said except people see signs and wonders they won't believe.
PAUL told tymo to use the gift in him.. JESUS told the disciples of John they should witness what he is about to do now and he did miracles in their presence. Sometimes I believe if people manifest gifts sincerely it will drive others to hunger
Jesus also said to Thomas “Blessed are those that believe without seeing”. Furthermore, Paul instructed the Corinthian church most about spiritual gifts in the epistles. He said in chapter 4 that a gift is no reason to be puffed up.
The video did not discourage the use of gifts. Instead, it encouraged the use of gifts in all humility. On top of this, in 1 Timothy 4, Paul instructs Timothy to expose those who operate under false spirits in order to prove himself to be a good servant(Which is what is being done here). He instructed Timothy not to neglect the gift (without specifying that this ought to be done as a spectacle in public) but emphasizes on The word of God being read “publicly”. This reveals what Paul considered the priority for the building up of the church.
The emphasis of the video is clear. One preacher ministers using his gift with a superior measure of humility to what the other one does.

Hannah prayed in silence and another shouted at the top of his voice, stop comparing ministers of God and their operations you're sowing seeds of discord among brethren, not everyone must operate the same way. Worse still is you're indoctrinating young folks who are impressionable to downplay the moves of God in certain individuals and some might be destined for strange manifestation of God but with your loopsided teachings they may never grow or manifest such gifts because you're teaching them to see it as nothing. I think you are misleading this youth without perfect understanding of the scriptures. No one does miracles or heals, God is the altimate author of it all(1Cor 3:6-7, 1Cor 1:12). Act chapter 3, they all received the same baptism and from the same source, that is from God and all for the same purpose. The Bible says, "God working signs and wonders through the hands of the apostles ". GOd is the doer of miracles and not man, and man should never be exhalted as doer of miracles but a channel through which God does as he wills though some may reproduce 10 talents, 5 talents or 2 talents but God is the doer of it all

He gave an example with Paul and how he was never the one to record or speak about the miracles that occured through him. God's power is not for a spectacle, but for a sign so that people may be saved
The importance of understanding this is so that we are not carried away by displays of powerrrrrr but only following the ministry of the truth
