what about a man, CHOSES to specialize in women's private area, gynecologic i think they're called, or breasts etc, and a woman who CHOSES to specialize in men's private area and testacies etc etc. what is the ruling on them, if they know females in the area are not becoming specialists in women's bodies and male's in men's bodies. and then ALL their patients are the opposite gender, its like they deliberately chose to only have a job that works for the opposite gender, or is it haram for the opposite gender to study to become a specialist in the opposite gender's genital's etc? are muslim countries prohibit the opposite gender to study that field ? or they have a quota if females dont fill in then men can take that spot ? interesting dilemma . Allah s.w.t knows best and their intentions.
@@sahiba9951 what stipulates a necessity ? do they go and ask " hey how many doctors for this specialty you have working ? " for them to decide and study that then ? i get it, its a complicated question, a student doctor cant really know the availability, for the man to say hmm im gonna be a female reproductive system doctor and proceeds to look at their awrah etc , but oh its " necessity " , and the lack of female doctors of that field , so hopefully there aren't any cross gender doctors on such delicate awrah and genitals etc, and we have females for females and vice versa. thats the most important thing, the general health doctors and surgeons and all the other fields dont need to look at those areas, just normal limbs etc
@@FlareVolt0 the necessity you mentioned in your question if there's less female gynaecologist. It becomes a necessity then. It's better to have a muslim male gynaecologist than a non muslim male gynaecologist.
@@sahiba9951 yeah i know but, how doo they know, how many female vs male gyno, or male private area doctors etc. they dont look it up, before deciding to study that field. also, im not a doctor, im just asking about that part, I for example, would not be okay with a man gyno, ever, its not life and death, and you can search even to another country to look for a female one..
Avoid those scammer bots
“I’m a medical doctor!”
What if they have to check opposite gender for study or work purposes where it’s not avoidable
