Beef and potatoes are my two favourite food items! I also like the flavours of onions and garlic and it's the basis for virtually everything I cook. I like how you didn't waste the fat and rendered it for flavour, and I smiled to myself when you said the cripsy fat was good for snacking, as I was just thinking, "I'd eat that!" I also really like how well you seasoned the beef, so many chefs don't season meat. Thank you, chef!

The Knife You Used To Cut Open The Package Is Also Used To Slice The Meat. To Avoid Cross Contamination Using Soap And Warm/Hot Water In A Tall Collender To Let Your Tools Soak In After Use And/Or Before To Quickly Wipe Off Can Help With This. Or Just A Quick Rinse of Warm-Hot Water With Detergent And Dish Cloth or Scrubber Then Dry off with A Dish Towel. Thank You! Wish You Many Blessings And Well Wishes With Your Cooking Channel. I'll give this a crack but because the steak you used is stupidly expensive here, ($50.00NZD kg) I'll have to sub another cut of beef. And I also soak my shallots in warm water for 25/30 mins which makes them easier to peel. Cheers from Aotearoa New Zealand.
