    I dehydrate my zucchini. I peel and seed it and then grate it. The antinutrients are in the skin amd seeds. Plus, it isn't very green and its more neutral tasting.

      Oh that's a good idea! I'll try that on the next batch, maybe my little one will actually eat it if it's not green! 🤣

      Good question that I don't really have an answer for. 🤔 I haven't tried to toast it by itself, but I did make a grilled cheese sandwich not long ago and my sandwich toasted nicely in a skillet just like a regular grilled cheese!

      I prefer it with a pinch of salt, but I think I forgot it in the video!
