This is a excellent example of why you need to hire a good videographer
How difficult can it be to get some decent audio.
Loud as hell in there due to the exhaust vents
Plus all the other equipment
Exactly
This is in my opinion the best kitchen I've seen in my 30 or so years of watching cooking videos, and washing dishes in restaurants of similar caliber.
agree, i worked in berlin in one michelin star, was over two stages the kitchen was also nice, but this looks better
what kind of camera was he using? poor dynamic range, exposure all over the place
jeeez just fix background noises...
Thanks for the feedback! It's often very difficult to film inside kitchens, but we are working on improvements. Check out our upcoming videos and let us know what you think ;-).
What’s all that flying true the air, before the cotton candy?

He seems like an average assembler. With 4 men supporting him, cold food awaits!
First component would be stone cold, after all the dressings are added, sole looked raw.
How do they make money? Three people working for 12 minutes for one dish. Plus all the prep time to set up all those pieces. Maybe that dish is $300?
1,280 euros for 2 people (for the whole meal). According to their website.
Carabineros, grapefruit, sardine, ginger, carrot, and tarragon. Those were literally the only components I could pick up on in the midst of this horrid audio. I couldn’t hear a thing! Certainly looks lovely though😂
