3.25 Elementalist CoC StormCall no Mageblood

Hoi! This is my CoC StormCall version. Inspired by all the versions using Mageblood i tried to make a somewhat budget variant.
Build is able to farm all T17 maps and anything else except the not so easy Uber Bosses.
In T17 the build definitly dies here and there. The only major defence is Attack and Spell Block through Svalinn.

Improvements are definitly possible. I just came back before PoE2 to complete all challenges.
