I believe same can used to calculate.. health insurance end date. Vehicle insurance, licence number end date.. And last to remember wife birthday dates.. so that you can plan stuff 😁
That maybe possible with VBA code, but I am not a fan of VBA plus even with VBA you need to have the file open to make the code work. My recommendation, if you want email reminder it is best to have a cloud based HR system, delivery is uninterrupted.
i believe that we can use Ending date - starting date of the contract to calculate the remaining days for ending of the contract could this be useful ? thanks
Sure it's a relevant video but I haven't found a single video explanation of highlighting ALREADY EXPIRED dates. Not interested in x amount of days before. If yesterday was the expiration date I need it highlighted today. That's all I'm asking and spent days trying to figure it out.
I have a solution for this using conditional formatting with formula, send me an email to abdallah.elkamel(at)gmail(dot)com and I will send you a sample file that contains a solution to your problem.
More HR please Thanks for this one
Thanks Mundhir, will do

Hello, thank you for the video, in the condition is it possible to be made to send a reminder email through outlook for expiring date?

It would give you the total days of the contract, the remaining days has to be end date - today
