MAGFest 2024: The History of Chuck E Cheese & Showbiz Pizza Place

Learn about the history and evolution of how Chuck E. Cheese animatronics have changed and are nearly going extinct. I will also touch on Showbiz Pizza Places' Rock A-Fire Explosion animatronic band. This panel will be a fun nostalgia trip for those who grew up with old school Chuck E. Cheese.

Update: some places are saving their animatronic and have displayed retro CEC merchandise. Sadly, the Elvis Lion animatronic at the Volo museum broke down, no telling what happened to King Kat.
Volo museum has a working Rock-A Fire Explosion animatronic show.
