When buying these kinds of outlets always buy something certified (KEMA, ENEC, VDE, BSI, TUV, whatever). Never trust your equipment, your house or your life with these kinds of shoddy contraptions. Charging pads are inefficient you can just plug in the wall and its way faster. You can watch diodegone wild and or electroboom they have great explanations on the topic
