@@parthjudiciary8429 thanks sir as my husband is legal heir , he canask the documents from bank and posts but both departments r hiding documents from past 2 yrs. Even after several written requests. Writ petition filed but they have directed towards RTI. Why legal heir not having right to see parents documents, and departments delaying the court process too.
