there is a plane crush at pacific ocean,that plain contained 300 passengers,on that crush the rescue team found 280 dead body and 10 person alive,10 passenger is missing. Mr. Rafiq is one of those missing passenger.the Govt. declared that,30 lakhs for those family who are dead at that crush..now, the question is how to get the remedies by proof that Mr. Rafiq and the other 9 person whose are missing is also dead in front of the court according to section 108 of the evidence act 1872 ??? plz gime me the answer.
