What happened to those huge containers that used to be placed at strategic locations for us to put in the garbage? The drains are being used to damp garbage. This is more so with the small white plastic cups that are used by mobile coffee sellers (a business mostly operated by "foreigners" hawking mandazi aka kdf in huge flasks.
