I found the most painful is ribbit dance 2 sped up, it seems to go forever without any break to the point I feel my wrist heat up. At least lock step is shorter giving you breaks.

You CAN still flick if you want it just doesn't recognize it as flicking. The only exceptions are Dog Ninja and Rhythm Rally.
The flicking mechanic is even fun for games that weren't even in the DS version like Flock Step.

+TheInunah Lockstep is super easy to get superb on, but having life's is too tough. Give me wild rules or score, but lives I can't do. Even when I count "1,2,3,4" sometimes I just go too fast or too slow.

for those wondering (and also because i was curious), stage 1 has a BPM of ~163, stage 2 has a BPM of ~178, stage 3's BPM is ~187, and stage 4's is ~200

It's not even Vegeta Pull and First/Second Contact I'm having a hard time with. It's god damn Working Dough and its sequel. The timing windows are SO tight that I constantly land in the red zone at the worst moments and I ALWAYS go into Working Dough 2 with one life left, with its ridiculous patterns.
I beat THIS (Lockstep Lockdown) bullshit in one go without game overing, I perfected all of the games, if I find Copycat hard then it's hard.
I honestly didn't find the Monster Maw Exhibition match that hard...
But I will hate this, I just unlocked it and I missed during the lockstep I Group Activity 2 like 7 times, soooo...

Also IIRC the EU version only gives you 2 lives per lockstep.

I know this has nothing to do with lockdown but when I was about to get a perfect on lockstep I literally just got a miss on the last part where the screen was turning black and I was so angry but yeah lockdown might be really hard at first but once you get a perfect it should be a breeze for some people I had a little bit of trouble with it but really just relax and try not to rush as much

so I finally got around to doing this myself and I did it in the first try, like I said I would. I still don't get why people dread lockstep so much.
Yeah, it's weird. I did it on my 2nd try. Wasn't as hard as i expected it to be. I made it harder for myself, because I thought lockstep was harder than it is, so I shook a lot, and that fucked me up. 2nd try. Lockstep isn't hard.
You had to use a touch screen on the DS version.

2) Currently in limbo as I have transferred my capture 3DS to my original ambassador 3DS. I'm merging the software together which means one week I can't stream / record as the game is the digital copy.

I think you can see why they changed it.
In Japan, hell doesn't have much of a strong meaning.
One of my favorite places in Japan is "The 7 Hells of Beppu", which are a series of very hot, very colorful natural hot springs.
Same in New Zealand actually.
They have the devil's elbow, a pretty sharp and steep turn on a road. Devil's staircase, Devil's Gate (also known as Hell's Gate, leads to hot springs). Devil's bath (hot spring), Devil's marbles. And my favorite NZ pizza chain: Hell Pizza.
It's just a word like "scorching" in some countries. For them it's hard to fathom it could be questionable.

No matter how hard I did on the DS version, I could not get an OK.
But the 3DS was actually easier for me to clear out... so that means I would get 3 hours stuck on 1 stage.
Am I the only one who found this easy and fun? Probably because I've practiced Lockstep so much. Seriously, I had more trouble with Copycats than this...
