    What a nice surprise to see you! I was just looking up some San Carlos videos, haven't been there in at least 12 years and really miss it... Wish I would have kept that lot in Algodones. Hopefully I can make the trip in the not so distant future. For anyone else reading this, Tammy was my realtor and she's the best! If you're thinking about buying property in San Carlos, you'll be in good hands 👍

    You can rent in Phoenix for 1500 month that seems really high on the rent😊

      Hello Jeff! There are also many places you can rent in San Carlos for $1500 a month. In my opinion the big difference is being on the beautiful Sea of Cortez! San Carlos runs along the coast and I do not think there is a property in town that you cannot be at the beach within 10 minutes! Thank you so much for your comment and if you would like more information about purchasing, renting, or just general San Carlos information please send us an email at sales@viverealestate.mx

      Hi Venito. I agree the rent in San Carlos is expensive compared to areas not on the water. If you compare the rent in San Carlos to other beach front tourist destinations I think you will find the rent here is very competitive!
      Thank you so much for commenting we really appreciate it!

      This is just one example. When I was in Mexico City I spent as little as $300 a month on a hotel room. And ate out all the time. I think I was spending $1000 CAD a month and easily could have gone cheaper. Keep looking around. Tons of cheap places the world over and you'll never slip on ice and break your pelvis in them

    To buy in Mexico can you get a home loan like you do in the states or it has to be a cash purchase or how does that work

    • @viverealestatemx
      @viverealestatemx  3 місяці тому

      Hello Michael! Yes you can get a loan in Mexico from a Mexican bank as a foreigner. The interest rates are higher than the US but it is still an option. Also many US banks/lenders will provide funds for a purchase in Mexico! If you would like more information please shoot us an email at sales@viverealestate.mx. Also here is a more recent video on the trust process. This is just an introductory video so if you would like more information please let us know! ua-cam.com/video/RsBVRls-Qz4/v-deo.htmlsi=wUwE_MLC8dle39aG

    Holly crap, where are you getting this #s from? You are scaring people of coming over or i get it.. You probably wanting future buyers to believe these prices so you can make profits and overcharge in whatever business you have when they come to you? I own properties in SC and spend 1/4 of what you mentioned a month..

      Hello Angela! They have just constructed a brand new world class hospital in San Carlos! The doors will open in September of 2024. San Jose Hospitals is one of the best in the state, They have one in the state capital of Hermosillo and another an hour south of San Carlos in Cuidad Obregon. Here is a short video from when they started the construction. It will be an amazing addition for the Guaymas and San Carlos community! ua-cam.com/video/JCrZ6QFEwXA/v-deo.htmlsi=UWuYb7qeZtVMNQX8

    for us mexicans we have to run out of Mexico as fast as we can and get a decent living in USA. 50cents an hour is what we get paid. even walmart tries to pay less in Mexico. USA walmart 12 dollars an hour in Mexico walmart only 250 dollars a month. ridiculous pay here.

      Hello Venito! Here is an introductory video about bank trus or "Fideicomiso" in Spanish. This is the only way foreigners are allowed to own property within the "restricted" zone. This zone is defined in the Mexican constitution as 50km from the coast and 100km from international borders. ua-cam.com/video/RsBVRls-Qz4/v-deo.htmlsi=YfvrxVTjtJMmHCF5
