how are you supposed to wear this ? i mean where do the batterys go on a headstrap ? i see ebay selling these but pictures in advert dont show where the battery pack goes
Barrybados© I have a 13 T6 Led Version of this light & I found that using it at 8.4v was not enough voltage to get the full potential of the light. Try it using 12v & see the difference in brightness go up extremely.
This gets very hot at 8.4 volts it would melt at 12 : ) .
do you know how many amps it'll draw at 8.4 volts?
9.6 amps with good quality fresh battery's , And yes it get's very warm quick .

9.6 amps it draws at 8.4 volts and the battery pack i made myself are 8 samsung 18650 3Ah cells , Maybe the light you got has got fake cree's.
