The Legendary Dancer Bernard Dove's 80th Birthday

Here's another video, 3 minutes long, shot on GoPro. The legendary NYC dancer Bernard Dove has just turned 80! He was a regular performer at the Apollo Theater in Harlem back in the day and has not stopped dancing since. He also teaches and has an extensive collection of wing-tipped dance shoes, in every color! This time of pandemic is prohibitive of big festive gatherings, but nevertheless, the Eyal Vilner Big Band was playing for free in Washington Square Park last Sunday afternoon and some of us came out to celebrate the 80th birthday of our dear friend Bernard.
