When repairing a transfer station tipping floor, sometimes previous toppings have been used that have delaminated and must be removed. In this video, a chain is run over the surface to determine if there is any remaining unbonded topping. As the chain runs over the surface, you'll hear a hollow sound if the topping is unbonded.
