Following the selections of Jared McCain and Adem Bona, the Sixers added Justin Edwards from the Undrafted free-agent market. Sean Barnard breaks down what a massive deal it is to add last year's 3rd ranked recruit and what to make of his game. Morey did a good job in the draft. Pleasantly surprised tbh. Edward’s can grow into his own on this squad. I’d say he’s a 3-4 year project. Solid rotational player with max being a 6th man cornerstone. Hoping for his best.

I love ur enthusiasm but they were undrafted in a weak draft for a reason. Hopefully they can develop into something that can help but its highly unlikely.

@@jaywp2343you calling the draft weak because you heard espn say it.. As a DIY MAN I tell you now this draft will go down as one of the best drafts of the 2020s.. If not best.. This draft was full of hard workers.. And hard work triumphs over talent daily.. Don't believe me travel to gyms play theatres music studios like I have.. You notice theirs always someone more talented undiscovered.. HOWEVER, there's never anyone more hardworking that is discovered BECAUSE the hardest workers always succeed NOT most talented.
He would be great in a backup rotation of: McCain, Council, Him (or) Oubre, Batum & Bona ((but the Sixers might find a way to mess it up, or not give them the right minutes, pairing, or rotation at all))
Sixers definitly came up on the draft! McCain is the perfect complement to Maxey the way Melton was with more upside and a better deal. Bona will fit in well with Embiid and BBall Paul
Two small guards in the starting rotation is far from a come up. This was a garbage draft.

Great pick up he will be a nice NBA player was an incredible player in HS, let him develop in G League, I love his jumper it looks so smooth

You're absolutely right! I just made a comment on another video that I've made the point you're making. He absolutely wasn't ready for the NBA. He needed another year of college to develop now he's in a situation that if he doesn't pull up crazy numbers to get a guaranteed contract he's going to wash out. Very bad decision he made leaving college.

I wanted him at the bona pick but hell I’ll take it either way. This kid is a bucket , reminds me of Jabari Parker in college hopefully he’ll get stronger and continue to shine.

Justin Edwards has to shoot 37% from the 3 point line immediately or he'll never see the floor. If he can't keep his defender from help defense on the Embiid/ Maxey pick & roll he can't play for the Sixers.

who is Bronny going to defend? As soon as he enters the game Edwards, Luka, SAG, Zion, Giannis, Tatum etc are going to pick & roll to isolate him one on one. Bronny will give up 40 points per night to the opponent's superstar.

Last year every pick from #2 to the end of the second round had NBA UA-camrs claim them to be the steal of the draft. It starts again. They can't all be right. Sixers F/O bettter not be counting on draft picks to help out this year.
