Great job putting the succulents in a new container. They look so pretty when you’re done thanks for sharing. I like the long narrow container. I need to pick a few of those up. It really shows off the succulents so well.
Love the Agave Dragon Toes, I now have 3, I have to redo all my large pots after the horrible hot wet summer. I was impressed by the number of tools that you have now acquired! Very impressive!
I'm watching you to try and get motivated to do some work in my garden right now. It is very satisfying to see progress in the garden, whether it's mine or not. lol Your Dad was 100% right about the wooden latices. It's broken up the wall nicely, as you said. I'd definitely do it all across that fencing, if you can. I have that kind of metal fencing down one side of my house and it's in green, which is a challenging colour to put something against it which will contrast nicely. I've opted for all different types of crotons in black pots after thinking about it for a long time and it's much improved the area. That fencing is not attractive IMO but then that just gives us more reason to buy plants to disguise/distract from it, so guess that's a win. :D I love that you're putting different agave together and they're great choices. I noticed the other day I'd accidentally planted a Joe Hoak agave, a regular green one and a beautiful red Mission to Mars mangave together - 2 in pots, one in ground - at different times and it's one of my favourite features of the garden now that they've all gotten big. I'm very jealous about the fab Blue Glows you managed to pick up. I never see them on our local websites sadly. Your euphorbia ammak is to die for. Sooo lucky. I really liked what you did with Mt Succ in a previous episode too. When you started I thought to myself, needs more elevations, needs bricks and then lo and behold, you did exactly that and it worked a treat. Everything is looking so amazing in your garden and happy. Hopefully your indoor plants will get the memo and get on board with putting that bit of extra effort in to hang in there during your transition. Trying to find the right spot for everything to keep it happy, plus be aesthetically pleasing, is one of my biggest challenges with this new foray into indoor house plants I've found. More than one plant has gone to that great compost in the sky while I'm trying to figure it out. Looking forward to your next video, you're making amazing progress for working full time and still trying to settle in to your new place, plus filming and editing these videos. If only we didn't have to sleep!
Love this! Oh Lou thanks so much for your encouraging words. Figuring out how to cover ugly fencing is an ongoing thing isn't it? Working out the indoor plant sitch seems like a never ending trial and error but you and I will get there! 💕
Thank you so much, my dear friend for sharing a wonderful garden tour today and sharing how you care for your cacti. Thanks so much my dear friend for all the tips you shared.
Very beautiful Shy your arrangements are amazing! Yes your Dad was right the wood trellis looks much nicer! God bless you & Tim! I'm getting use to hearing your neighbors bird maybe he too enjoys your beautiful plants!
Thank you so much Maria, yes I’m glad I changed them up to wooden lattices! 💕 I’m happy for the birds to admire the plants, just as long as they don’t eat them! 🙃
Hi Shy! I ❤ the bamboo lattices! I like the contrast of the one species pot with the assorted species pots. Such a nice visual contrast! Draws the eye. We DEPEND on you losing/misplacing a tool every video cause we all do it too! I am infamous for losing my moisture meter only to find it stuck in one of my plants. Haha. Have a great one Shy!
Thank you Molly! I think I’m gonna do one plant per pot more often now that I have a bigger courtyard to play around with. That’s where the missing tools always are, in my soil tub or a plant! You have a wonderful day and week ahead! 💕
My sweet peas and nasturtium are on their last legs, it's just getting too warm for them. The nasturtium, they did their job and bloomed their heads off. The sweet pea, bit of a disappointment, but the window I can enjoy sweet peas is very small 😢

Love love love dragon toes, one of my faves! Enjoy! They will pup really nicely for you to!
Love the trellises 👍 Having the covered area to repot and house your pot collection is awesome 😀🇨🇦
Thanks Linda! Yup, I do love the undercover area, gotta try not to use it as storage though!

We do indeed, but we love it! Thank you Christian! 😃
It's so enjoyable to see plants that I may never see where I live. The climate is very cold in the winter. So this is a treat to see!
