Real estate needs money, a lot . I just have mixed emotions about how youtubers want to ‘help’ struggling people but for someone who is making bare minimum in Kenya and is looking for realistic ways to grow their money I think the only thing that they got from this video is more confusion. Financially free people have many options and know how to grow their money because they already have it and are not working but your target audience per your title “working people “ this will not save them from never working.
