Your patience with people and willingness to be there late or on weekends always amazes me. Not that I want my car to be towed but if it was, I would want them to be like you guys.
We'll be visiting the Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge area next summer, along with our ten children and their spouses, all coming from different parts of the country. I'll be drilling into their heads, "YOU MUST PAY FOR PARKING!!!" 😁 Thanks for the great content and for your great attitude!
If you get your hotel in Gatlinburg, you can literally walk everywhere and just leave your car at the hotel. Pigeon Forge doesn't have as much paid parking. Gatlinburg is very small so the parking is a premium there, which is why if you visit the area, you stay in Gatlinburg and travel to Pigeon Forge etc. You can even rent scooters and whatnot if walking too much is hard on you in Gatlinburg. I suggest, honestly, the Glenstone Lodge. Its a five minute walk to the strip right at the Space Needle, and you can take the back road through Gatlinburg to get there if you're entering or leaving, there's a back route to Cade's Cove from there, and there's a one way nature drive with old cabins and stuff and you will literally encounter black bears right there. Its also affordable, has two pools, one indoor, and its quiet.

I've visited the area (Cosby) twice a year for several years now and I was told by a local resident on my very first visit to PAY to PARK. I seldom go to downtown Gatlinburg but it strikes me that it's not only worth the fee to avoid a tow, it would be a heck of a lot of work to drive around to find an open free, and probably illegal, spot. Pay the lot, save a lot of time and effort, and save the big bucks!

After watching your channel for a long long time, I've learned..... Pay to park... But I also learned, that you guys should wait til you see them on camera at your gate before going to the lot for release. And at night time when your at home, you should give them a choice to charge them an extra 50 for your inconvenience to get out of bed and meet them or no extra charge during the day
You live in a very beautiful area and I found myself looking to buy a house there. Then I watched one of your videos with all the people in town and decided I didn't want to live there. 35 years of working for the public makes me not want to deal with public.
The trailer belongs to the plumber at the address, and the trailer is a Airstream, about the most aerodynamic trailer ever built, makes it feel like you don't have a boxy trailer behind you
Yes he does have a camera at the lot. I’ve seen them show video from it. They don’t live very close to the lot, though, I don’t think. So it would take time to go let someone in if they aren’t close by.
I noted on their vehicle that there was a Greek Symbol and usually those refer to either frat or Sorority houses at college campuses. And I know a few in sororities where I live, but a lot of them act like because they come from money and are a part of this organization that they can do whatever they like and I have noted also a lot of college kids do not even consider others time when things come up or they say they will be there. As a person, with disabilities, and who uses a disabled space frequently, double checking your legally parked is the minimum! Having mobility issues doesn’t give you a right to park everywhere. If these people have anyone to be mad at, or disappointed in, it’s themselves. They are the ones who made mistakes. They failed to check if they can park places. The only person they should feel anything, other than nice about, is themselves.
They probably did. The property manager probably put the note in her windshield at around 0700, and she didn't see it because she gets up around the crack of noon.
once again you didn't let me down on this video. I may not have agreed with certain things in the past but I always always always always always enjoy your videos. I'm grateful and I'm not at all inconvenience watching your show lol. Happy holidays to you and your crew and your family and friends
When I was a transit bus driver, we had the same thing, people would park in the employee parking lot and when the transit police did checks in the lot and find vehicles without the proper parking ID on the rear view mirror, it gets towed and when they come back after working they walk from the train and find out they're car was towed, you don't want to hear what they say and I'd been yelled at amongst other things
Yo need to tell people when they say will be there for their car in 30 minutes and then call and say we have not let yet that it will cost them another $50.00 for every half hour after that. Keep up the great job
The most unbelievable part is the idea that a tow company would *ever* make any effort at all to contact the owner to let them know where the vehicle was going.
Everyone these days is above the law. And this little princess who doesn’t care about anyone but herself should be told to wait until Monday during business hours. You all are way too accommodating to ungrateful people. You two are the best!
She shouldn't have parked there for 10hrs lol. I just love thr way yall work together. People should watch this channel. An they would know to pay to park. If I ever get to come up there I'd love to take yall out to eat. I just love yall.
I used to work on a road that was added to make a short cut to the main highway. It was not on gps. When i had to meet trucks at night they would always be at the wrong address and i would have to give them dirrections. Do not miss that.
Love the illegal parks. I have a suggestion as to after hours pickups. Explain to the owner that it is after hours and that they must call you when they are at the gate, and then wait for you.
You had asked "What else can I do to make it clear". I believe the confusion comes from the fact that there are multiple listings that pop up when you type in "Everything Auto" into Google Maps. Most folks these days navigate via place name, rather than specific addresses as that's easier to remember. I would recommend, when telling folks the address, also explain that there are two locations that will pop up and it's vital they use the address you are giving them.
I've never been to Gatlinburg and I know the address at this point. When three different locations pop up I know that only one of them can be correct, and I kinda need to figure out which one before I embark.
Only been to Gatlinburg a couple of times. Parked at the hotel and walked or took public transport most of the time. Your parking is best that could be considering the terrain but is still bad. Your public transportation is first rate, with hours that covers times that no visitor would have to drink and drive.
The girl sounds entitled and privileged. Like one of the other posts suggested is to give them a window to pick up their vehicle and if they don't, oh well. You guys have a lot of patience and grace. Dealing with John Q.Public is very trying at times.
Your laws there in Tennessee are pretty lax when it comes to impaired driving as we call it here in Ontario. DWI I guess down there. If you were arrested for and charge with DWI, your driver licence is automatically suspended for 90 days under what’s called an Administrative Driver Licence Suspension. In addition your vehicle is also impounded for seven days. You are responsible for all towing and storage costs. And then you have a court date set for dealing with the criminal charge of impaired driving/over .08 or refuse breath/blood test. Upon conviction fines vary, depending on how many convictions you have, and the seriousness of the offence, and whether it involves injury, death or just property damage. You are then also prohibited from driving anywhere in Canada for a minimum period of one year. There is also a $198 fee to have your licence reinstated. Finally your vehicle will be installed with an Ignition Interlock System. After all that, there is no doubt that your insurance company will want to have a little chat with you about your new rates, if you get insurance at all, which is mandatory in Ontario.
I agree with you guys 99.9% of the time, but in regards to when someone should pick up their vehicle, I think you should tell them, when you speak with them, our office hours Monday through Friday are X. We allow after-hours pick-ups but we require 30 minutes notice, and we will only wait for15 minutes after the scheduled time - after that we charge $50.
you are WAAAY nicer than I could ever be. after the 3rd phone call I'd have said "come back Monday"

If these people have anyone to be mad at, or disappointed in, it’s themselves. They are the ones who made mistakes. They failed to check if they can park places. The only person they should feel anything, other than nice about, is themselves.
Ticker said 1! WOOOT! 🤣 Big Daddy Red to the rescue! I really like the illegal parks! Great vid (Kendra)...Y'all ROCK!
The first time it sounded like you woke her up, lol ,They definitely are not in any big hurry to get their vehicle.
They probably did. The property manager probably put the note in her windshield at around 0700, and she didn't see it because she gets up around the crack of noon.
At least the people were nice when they got to your lot. I always enjoy your videos.
You guys are extremely patient because I would have lost my💩 on that girl.
That 2nd car, I believe I have seen you tow a car from that spot before. I could be mistaken. Keep up the good work.
You two are just too nice! So accommodating. Sorry, but they didn’t deserve it.🤦🏻♀️
I definitely want to go see these mountains b/c from video the place looks beautiful !❤
once again you didn't let me down on this video. I may not have agreed with certain things in the past but I always always always always always enjoy your videos. I'm grateful and I'm not at all inconvenience watching your show lol. Happy holidays to you and your crew and your family and friends
Hello from the Netherlands EA-Family .
what self-righteous people with that 4runner
thanks for the video.
Kind regards, Hollandduck
Watching from the UK a d .Oving the programme. Keep iit up 14:29
You should really charge more for after hours!
They truly want the people to get their vehicles back and most people are there when they say there coming
I wonder how some people get through life, lol. I work for a towing company in SC and it's crazy what we hear and deal with. Love yalls channel.
Everyone these days is above the law. And this little princess who doesn’t care about anyone but herself should be told to wait until Monday during business hours. You all are way too accommodating to ungrateful people. You two are the best!
Loving "Speedy" Format with Musica!
This channel makes me want to visit Gatlinburg.
Visit… And…pay to park? 👏🏼😂
@@arbonneladyTN I dont understand your gibberish.
@@ChosenOne6666what’s gibberish? I understand what she wrote.
@@JulietteSasek Yeah homie
Please do! You'll love it!
She shouldn't have parked there for 10hrs lol. I just love thr way yall work together. People should watch this channel. An they would know to pay to park. If I ever get to come up there I'd love to take yall out to eat. I just love yall.
Most tow truck companies would have that much patience I'm surprised you did not make them wait till Monday considering how non Chelant she was
I used to work on a road that was added to make a short cut to the main highway.
Even then they'll call and lie about being at the gate.
I’ll be visiting gatlinburg this summer and I’m gonna park my truck wrong just so u can tow me that way I could meet u guys 😅
You had asked "What else can I do to make it clear". I believe the confusion comes from the fact that there are multiple listings that pop up when you type in "Everything Auto" into Google Maps. Most folks these days navigate via place name, rather than specific addresses as that's easier to remember. I would recommend, when telling folks the address, also explain that there are two locations that will pop up and it's vital they use the address you are giving them.
he was very clear and gave the direct address it isn't the fault of having multiple locations.
I've never been to Gatlinburg and I know the address at this point. When three different locations pop up I know that only one of them can be correct, and I kinda need to figure out which one before I embark.
By that logic, all businesses should only ever have one location 🙄
Only been to Gatlinburg a couple of times. Parked at the hotel and walked or took public transport most of the time. Your parking is best that could be considering the terrain but is still bad. Your public transportation is first rate, with hours that covers times that no visitor would have to drink and drive.
Never walk a mile for someone that won’t walk a metre for you
The guy that stated 7 to 8 pick up time was tight. Wait till the next day if you cannot make that time. You guy's deserve a life!
I'm sorry...I must have missed it. What is the pick up address again?
I just happened to see this video. Can you tell me what town you were in when you towed the car in the alley? It’s absolutely beautiful! Thanks!
The girl sounds entitled and privileged. Like one of the other posts suggested is to give them a window to pick up their vehicle and if they don't, oh well. You guys have a lot of patience and grace. Dealing with John Q.Public is very trying at times.
Congratulations on the 100k subs mark
I like how you do a full video so they can;t do the "YOU DENTED MY CAR" thing. I got towed once in 88, never again. I learned my lesson.
That white 🚗 looked like it could have been a close call. Y'all work together excellent.
