The video is referencing the Egyptian god of death who upon reaching the afterlife would weigh your heart against a feather. If you had led a good life you heart would be lighter than the feather. The song itself shows the hypocrisy of people who are morally reprehensible offering "thoughts and prayers" like politicians creating problems then offering thoughts and prayers when their idiot moves lead to tragedy

I really love this band, they have been incredibly consistent for a long time, so many other sounds you haven't heard from them man.
