Nah man you're completely right, and I hate to address the Elephant in the room but it IS because he's Black. Think about all the other fan favorite Spider-man variants like Miguel, Ben, Kaine, etc. 2x more interesting and likable and much more deserving of the attention Miles gets
I feel like amongst casuals Peter and Miles are the two most popular versions of Spider-Man. I could be wrong though. Also Miles is a person of colour which definitely seems like something Hollywood likes. It’s like doing a live action little mermaid and making Ariel Black.
The I way I would do it is have peter be long dead in the future and him already being married to mj with kids. Maybe Peter's daughter could mentor Miles it's just an idea I that I don't hear anyone else having.
Relax. If he appears in mcu spiderman 4, he'll most likely just be introduced in the end credits or something. Now, about him getting his powers too early, i really don't mind. They can just do it really similar to how they did it in insomniac's spiderman, where they introduce miles in the end credits, and peter can train him offscreen. And then miles can actually be spiderman in his solo movie. Also, if the brazilian ending of no way home is canon, miles might live next door to peter in his apartment.

I think the Multiverse element shouldn't be in "Spider-Man 4". The Black Cat should be the love interest for Peter Parker in this upcoming movie, and Michelle Jones-Watson shouldn't be in the movie either. Regarding Miles Morales being in his own solo movie or being in "Spider-Man 4", again I think this is the transition for Miles Morales to replace Peter Parker not only in the MCU but also in the Marvel 616 universe. I liked the original "Ultimate Spider-Man" comic and thought Peter Parker/Spider-Man should have been a power couple with Kitty Pryde/Shadowcat. It was an alternate universe after all. However, the ending of that comic was terrible. First, we're led to believe Peter Parker/Spider-Man dies at the hands of the Green Goblin. Enter Miles Morales to take his place. Then it's revealed in a later Miles Morales mini-series that Peter is alive and with MJ. He teams up with Miles Morales and defeats the Green Goblin. Peter retires and passes the mantle to Miles Morales. Why? He's in his early 20s or late teens. Peter Parker/Spider-Man would never do that. This is why I feel Peter Parker/Spider-Man will eventually be replaced by Miles Morales in the Earth-616 universe. Marvel did the same story in the "Spider-Man 2" and "Spider-Man Insomniac" video games. Marvel has been pushing derivative, gender-swapped, and race-swapped versions of their main characters for quite a while now, and most of these characters have failed. Or other characters like Ms. Marvel and Captain Marvel who have failed repeatedly. It seems Marvel has finally had success with Miles Morales. I don't call him Spider-Man because he's a derivative character who fights the same villains as Spidey and the ultimate sacrilege of having a girlfriend named Gwen Stacy./Ghost Spider/Spider-Gwen This is what Sony is doing in the "Spiderverse" movies. I acknowledge the movies have been very successful, but he's not Peter Parker. Why isn't Peter Parker/Spider-Man from Earth-616 in these movies, but Peter B. Parker is? Miles is supposedly getting his own rogues gallery, but it'll take time to establish this gallery. Greg Wiseman just released "The Spectacular Spider-Men #1" (TSSM) highlighting the adventures of Peter and Miles. All of a sudden, Peter is older in this comic. This is supposedly a continuation of the cartoon, It does have Kenny Kong working at a Coffee Bean. The Coffee Bean was where Peter started going with Gwen Stacy in "ASM" #53" as Flash Thompson was leaving to go to Vietnam. The 1st place they hung out was the Silver Spoon in "ASM # 44". This is two issues after the iconic "ASM # 42" when Peter finally meets MJ. However, I digress. The 1st issue was OK. Spoiler alert. Weisman had to put in the obligatory lesbian kiss where the two women profess their love for each other in a panel I thought was irrelevant to the story. I must have forgotten who these two characters are from the cartoon. Kenny isn't dating Glory Grant anymore. He's with a new GF. Supposedly Miles will date Kamala Khan/Ms. Marvel in an upcoming issue. Gwen Stacy is going to go on a date with Peter. There is a rumor that Gwen Stacy is Spider-Gwen who will be brought into the Earth-616 main universe. How many characters is Marvel going to bring into 616? I'm concerned there will be too many characters and it will become bloated just like the CW's "Arrowverse". I don't know if this comic will overlap with "ASM" or not. I think it's supposed to overlap, but uncertain. As much as I'm not a fan of Miles Morales, I like the idea of him and Kamla getting together. I'd be interested in them guest-starring in each other's comic and becoming a power couple. This may be a way Marvel could generate interest in Ms. Marvel. If "The Spectacular Spider-men" fails, at least the idea was presented and could continue in the "Miles Morales Spider-Man" comic. If the current "Ultimate Spider-Man" (USM 2) comic is successful and has a long run, Marvel probably will replace Peter Parker with Miles Morales in the Earth-616 universe. If "USM 2" fails, then Marvel probably won't replace Peter. Yet, I like the idea of Spider-Gwen and Peter Parker getting together as a power couple. They can have a relationship, get married, she can guest star in the "ASM" comic and "TSSM" comic. I think this would be a fantastic idea. Will Marvel allow this storyline? Probably not. Anything would be better than the Zeb Wells run. Would Zeb Wells incorporate this story arc into "ASM"? Highly unlikely. I also know younger fans are huge Miles Morales fans, and think Peter is too old for Spider-Gwen, but this is the multiverse, so just bring a somewhat older version of Spider-Gwen to be his GF. MJ and Felicia Hardy's relationships with Peter seem to be over permanently, so why not. A lot of "Ifs" but if the live-action Miles Morales movie is very successful, the third "Spiderverse" is successful and I don't see why not, and if the Miles Morales Spider-Man" comic continues to grow in popularity along with the "TSSM" comic, I expect Peter Parker/Spider-Man to be phased out of Eath-616's main universe in the comics and the MCU (if Superhero fatigue doesn't end the MCU at one point or another) by 2032 or sooner. It would be a shame to me, because of the "Spider-Man 1967" cartoon, I've been following the Peter Parker/Spider-Man character in the comic, live-action and animated TV shows, and live-action movies since 1969.
They could do something where at the end of the movie we see the sky begin to crack like in No WY Home when the old villains and Spider-men came back then cut to black.
hi would u like to listen to my approach as to how the multiverse saga shls hv unfolded? I think marvel shld establish 4 major pillars- Avengers, FF, X men and spiderman and then all the other characters kinda revolve around these. i personally believe that when we speak of the MCU now we specifically mean Earth - 1999999. I think that universe is a bit too crowded now. Let the FF be introduced to that universe and take leading role. And then at the same time make audiences invested into 2 other parallel universes in a serious manner. Now here is the catch, one would be spiderman and all the characters that are a part of his entire lore, and the other wld be X- men and all the other characters that are an important part of their lore. No avengers in these universes. U might have some overlap of the minor characters which might be common nd might share variants across these 3 universes. And these 3 universes down the line will in some way collide with each other(metaphorically or even literally). or lets say will become aware of each others existence and will realise that their collective fates are intertwined with each other. now I just have one question, can Sony use Miles Morales as a character and his version of spiderman as of now currently? Since u mentioned above that if they have currently liscenced the rights of Spiderman to marvel so they themselves cannot use it. Hope u find this comment interesting wld love to hear your feedback.
Honestly, I don’t really want Miles to be apart of the MCU because not every Spider-Man universe should have Miles, I kinda just want Peter to be the only Spider-Man in the MCU, and plus, Tom’s Peter’s story isn’t fully complete yet and he’s still young, so I kinda don’t think Miles should be apart of it in my opinion. Also no I don’t hate Miles, I actually really like him as a character and he’s right next to Peter for me, this is just me hoping that the fourth film will be what everyone wants👍
and I also just don’t want Tobey and Andrew back again in Spider-Man 4, we’ve already seen them in No Way Home and if they do this again, fans are not gonna be as excited because we already just saw them and there’s no reason for them coming back, I’d rather want the film to be entirely street level with it only focusing on Tom’s Peter being on his own after the events of No Way Home, I’m hyped to see him team up with Daredevil and Ant-Man, I just hope they go with Kevin Feiges plan instead.
I feel like this next trilogy will be Tom’s last one as Spider-Man. I feel like he might be ready to move on and do something else with his career. If they want a third trilogy where Peter mentors Miles he might do it. But then again I’m not Tom Holland so what do I know.
How so? When people say this, I genuinely wonder what they mean. I'm not trying to be rude, I'm just asking. There's three iterations of Miles that have come out recently. Spiderverse Miles, Comic Miles, and Insomniac Miles. But that's also the same with Peter, we have Tom Holland, Comic Peter, and Insomniac Peter. But no one ever gets tired of Spider-Man. So I've just got to wonder how people get tired of this particular character, it's not like it's even the same Miles everytime it just confuses me any answer would be appreciated
@zame-osomething5096 I think it's because Peter will always be seen as the main Character of the Spider-Man franchise, with Miles as a supporting character. There's been so many great stories with Peter for decades, but when it comes to media adaptations between films, animation, and games - we don't get to delve into many before it's either cancelled or rebooted. Miles is still a fun character, but him always being put into the story with Peter does mean a loss to the more solo stories people loved. Which is fine on occasion - i.e. the Insomniac games using it as the focus of their universe. It doesn't help that Miles' characterization tends to range from great (like Spiderverse) to borderline stereotypical or tokenistic (arguably insomniac's). When he's not well written, it feels like a burden on the story rather than a compliment But the feeling of oversaturation is that it's in the main game franchise, he's the lead in a popular animated movie franchise, he's in the main cartoon, he's in the 616 comics universe, and now he's going to be in the live action movies - he's in everything, so now the solo-Peter universe fans don't have anything. What's worse, is that in many of them (namely 616 comics and Insomniac game) it feels like they're trying to replace him. At which point, just put him back in a universe of his own - like how Spiderverse has handled it. Sorry for being so long-winded!
@@ApexPredator1000 Hmmm no problem thanks for the explanation. That makes sense. Wdym about the cartoon btw? I haven't heard of a Spider-Man cartoon lately

Miles showing up in tom's spider-man 4 is waiting more than long enough, it won't happen for another decade or longer anyways so secret wars will be long over and tom will have had an entire trilogy of solo films of experience to then pass onto miles, we can't and shouldn't force tom to play a character he doesn't give a fuck about any longer than his contract requires lest he be left with the same sentiment harrison ford has toward han solo, yall can relax

Hot but true take: the moment Miles gets introduced to the MCU, everyone behind the scenes is gonna push Peter to the side. In the current political state of media and Disney specifically, I don’t trust them to not fumble a character like Miles.
That’s the natural progression for the character tho. I don’t think it’s that deep. When Miles comes in, it’s always natural that he will eventually take the spot light as the main Spider-Man. This is why I don’t want him to be introduced yet, Peter still has many stories to tell

I really desagree with People saying that the mcu spiderman trilogy is his origin story like it never made sense to me, mcu spidey origin story happend offscreen and he did refere to it in cap 3 when Tony asked him why he is spiderman and peter told him why he is doing what he is doing, mcu spiderman was spiderman ever sense he was introduced into the mcu, like you are suppose to tell me that he wasn't spiderman when he stoped vulture or he wasn't spiderman when went to space and fought thanos or he wasn't spiderman when he stoped mysterio so yeh he was always spiderman,i mean sure he did make some mistakes but he was still spiderman, i mean when aunt May told peter with great power comes great responsability peter told her i know, cause he already learend that lesson in his offscreen origin story
every spiderman fan can agree tom hollans spiderman isnt that well developed to become a mentor
I hate how much miles morales is now appearing in everything. I don’t hate miles but he’s just being used to much and it’s kind of replacing Peter Parker witch isn’t okay for me. they can co-exist together but again there pushing miles to much that it seems like they want to replace Peter Parker. I know no one is going to agree with me but that’s just how I feel.
Actually, I agree with you. I'm tired of Miles honestly. It's like he's trying to replace the ENTIRE Marvel Universe (Referencing the What If Mile was Wolverine/Captain America/Thor Comics)
Nah man you're completely right, and I hate to address the Elephant in the room but it IS because he's Black. Think about all the other fan favorite Spider-man variants like Miguel, Ben, Kaine, etc. 2x more interesting and likable and much more deserving of the attention Miles gets
Yea if we need another spiderman, Miguel's way more interesting
I feel like amongst casuals Peter and Miles are the two most popular versions of Spider-Man. I could be wrong though. Also Miles is a person of colour which definitely seems like something Hollywood likes. It’s like doing a live action little mermaid and making Ariel Black.
@@LanceLee-dh5pc Miguel would never be as popular as Miles
The I way I would do it is have peter be long dead in the future and him already being married to mj with kids. Maybe Peter's daughter could mentor Miles it's just an idea I that I don't hear anyone else having.
Relax. If he appears in mcu spiderman 4, he'll most likely just be introduced in the end credits or something. Now, about him getting his powers too early, i really don't mind. They can just do it really similar to how they did it in insomniac's spiderman, where they introduce miles in the end credits, and peter can train him offscreen. And then miles can actually be spiderman in his solo movie.
Also, if the brazilian ending of no way home is canon, miles might live next door to peter in his apartment.
lol how do you know . Regardless miles should not be in this trilogy whatsoever.
@@ravenouspuncher why not? Miles is a fan favorite character right now. And he already exists in the mcu anyway. He's been referenced since homecoming, where we saw aaron davis played by donald glover.
If neither Sony and Marvel Studios said something about the background dialogues in the No Way Home ending being about Miles and his parents, ain't canon xD
@@uncannydcmarvelous5732 then why did they include that in the brazilian version in the first place?
@@CoolMan1_SonicAndOtherStuffI’ve heard that past movies have had similar situations where something which wasn’t audible was said in the English version was audible in another languages version and it looked like it set something up or something like that but whatever that dialogue said never happened or got mentioned in the future.
Where is everyone getting this information Sony never said miles is in spiderman4 they don’t even have the spider verse films done or even a script for spiderman 4 only thing they said is two more spiderman movies before we get a live action miles
Reliable scoopers are saying that Sony may want to add Miles in MCU Spider-Man 4.
@@uncannydcmarvelous5732 I looked it up and the two people who said it aren’t reliable at all they’ve gotten way more wrong than right and id stop believing scoopers until Sony or an person involved gives a official say on it
Scoopers are always going to have gotten more things wrong than right because things change in Hollywood very frequently. Even if what they heard was true, it may not be in a few years. These guys (especially Alex Perez recently) has gotten some things scarily spot on. I’d look towards the scoops he got about Madame Web as to his reliability.
I mean Peter will be in college this would be a good time to introduce miles .
@@rayanvij3457 Interesting idea. Thanks for the comment.
hi would u like to listen to my approach as to how the multiverse saga shls hv unfolded?
He should appear when peter dies or quits being spiderman
Miles content is getting over saturated to me.
Nah
So I've just got to wonder how people get tired of this particular character, it's not like it's even the same Miles everytime it just confuses me
any answer would be appreciated
When he's not well written, it feels like a burden on the story rather than a compliment
But the feeling of oversaturation is that it's in the main game franchise, he's the lead in a popular animated movie franchise, he's in the main cartoon, he's in the 616 comics universe, and now he's going to be in the live action movies - he's in everything, so now the solo-Peter universe fans don't have anything.
@@ApexPredator1000 that's exactly what I mean! Sometimes I just want a modern Peter Parker story with no crossovers or spider verse!
I'm not going to complain if they have miles in things, but they just have him show up and push him as if it's something new. I get tired of seeing him (and the rest of the spider verse) everything. All their personality just greatly differ depending on what it is, making it hard to determine what the normal "base" one is. Yaknow?
I think miles should become spiderman after the college trilogy that way peter would be older mentoring miles
Miles come on stop
Miles Morales was created to replace Spider-Man. Spider-Man doesn’t need a replacement. so Miles is never needed.
miles' comics have been better than peter's since 2022, that ain't 10 years lmao
Facts
They are desperately trying to destroy there best character huh fucking stop trying to get rid of peter and also trying to nerf and ruin his character
no powers miles is ok
Spider-Men movie would be cool
That would be awesome
Into the SPIDER-VERSE was a multiverse film with Kingpin as the big bad! How about in Spiderman 4, Miles is replaced with Peter, Peter is replaced by Daredevil and the other street level heroes (obviously they won't die), the Spider people are replaced by Tobey and Andrew.
As cool as that would be, It’d just be a carbon copy of Spiderverse. Id like something new
Hot but true take: the moment Miles gets introduced to the MCU, everyone behind the scenes is gonna push Peter to the side.
Id say spider man 5 or secret wars maybe
Yeah, introduce him slowly and build him up and we’re in for something great
At this point just cancel the film and end Tom Holland's Spider-Man trilogy after No Way Home! 🤦
That's not going to happen.
Miles doesn’t deserve to be in the MCU he isn’t needed add Squirrel Girl over this bum
It’s because he black is it just be honest
race has nothing to do with tom hollands spiderman not being experienced enough to teach someone how to be a hero
I think we need miles in the mcu. And plot wise I wona see more of the wacky plot lines from the comics. friendly neighbourhood spider man style
I'm sick of Miles Morales.
I'm sick of Spider-Gwen.
And I'm sick of the Spider-Verse.
