Ingredients and preparation:
4 pork chops with bone (1.5 cm)
Some vegetable oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon paprika powder
1 teaspoon oregano
Black pepper
Salt
45 g (3 tbsp) soft butter
A bunch of parsley (2 tablespoons)
A few cloves of garlic (1 tablespoon)
Oil for frying
